Lifetime Warranty
Our furniture is of such exceptional quality that we proudly offer a lifetime warranty on our hardwood frames, spring units, and Qualux® Ultra seat foam cores.
- Hardwood Frame: All of our frames are made of select maple hardwoods and are guaranteed against breaking and warping for life.
- Spring Unit: Spring units are fully warranted against breakage and loss of resiliency for life.
- Qualux® Ultra Seating Foam: Every seat cushion core is fabricated from Qualux® Ultra seating foam, which is considered the highest quality foam that is available to the upholstered furniture industry, and is covered for life.
- Metal Mechanical Parts: Swivel and tilt-back mechanisms carry a two-year warranty on parts and labor. Recliner mechanisms have a five-year warranty on parts and one-year warranty on labor.
If you have a problem, simply notify your local dealer. Smith Brothers will repair any problems that fall under our warranty at no charge to you. Depending on your location and the age of your furniture, your local dealer may require nominal charges for pickup, shipment, and re-delivery.
This warranty does not apply to furniture intentionally misused, or to damage resulting from negligence, exposure, non-residential use, improper cleaning, or other unreasonable use, or to fabric damage or failure due to a fabric protection chemical treatment, improper cleaning, or when abnormal heavy soiling or abuse is evident. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
